Exercise for all! Presented by Elite Bodies Exercise should be energizing, therapeutic, and empowering. This exercise session will be just that. We will begin with some stretches and some breathing to tune the mind closely to the body. We follow up with some mobility drills which will increase the range of our movements. This session will then focus on strength and conditioning to give the workout a little challenge. A good challenge always precedes an amazing reward. Award winning singer-songwriter artist TolumiDE (tolumidemusic.com) takes audiences away to a tropical oasis filled with sweet soulful vocals, warm lyrics, contemporary African rhythms with danceable grooves, Her accolades include Best R&B Female Artist at the Nigerian Entertainment Awards and latest single 'Throwback' peaked at #3 on the Global Top Independent airplay chart. Latest album 'Suya Soul' promises to invigorate the music scene with fresh ethnic sounds of love and inspiration full of groovy soul afropop gospel and reggae jazz sounds.
The risting singer-songwriter star, TolumiDE (toe-lu-mee-day) born in Toronto, raised in Lagos and now in Washington, D.C. cites music influences as Sade, Brandy, Mary Mary, Onyeka Owenu. She has captivated listeners worldwide with her eclectic style, dynamic performance energy with musicians, bilingual albums (My Love and Mama Sunshine). She is most inspired by her upbringing, cultural heritage and the blessing of many loved ones who have supported her exciting and promising journey. Marvill L. Martin, also known as Marvillous Beats, is a Bronx, New York-born violinist, music producer, and songwriter currently located in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas. Marvill was raised in a Jamaican family with five siblings in New Rochelle, NY where he began playing violin at eight years old and producing songs at sixteen.
Since completing an architecture degree in 2017 at the University of DC, Marv has been featured in movies, magazines, and news specials, as well as live performances at numerous prestigious venues in the DMV. With his talents and renowned professionalism, Marvill services a wide range of events including but not limited to conferences, galas, weddings, engagements, grand openings, festivals, and private family events for high-profile clients. The vibe of the Marvillous Beats sound is a unique mix of original classical music fused with familiar Pop and Hip-Hop records. International performer Naweh is a singer–songwriter with an uncanny ability to connect cultures through her music. Born in Washington D.C. to Liberian parents, her musical style fuses her African-American roots perfectly with a contemporary R&B, hip-hop and afro-pop flavor. The singer’s artistic reach is impressive; appealing to fans that relate to her messages of activism as well as followers that simply love a hypnotic beat.
