About UsFAsMarketplace is a Maryland based community and arts hub that uses the arts as a tool for fostering economic growth and community development. We tackle economic growth/stability and community development on a grassroots level, in order to uplift and empower small/micro business owners and community members from historically under-represented groups, by providing them with tangible tools, opportunities and resources.

Who We Are |
Some of our work includes: providing personalized business coaching, business and community workshops/classes, creating and managing educational/community programs, creating and managing platforms for artists and other creative business owners to showcase their work and expand their network. We work with people not only in the D.C. area, but also across the U.S. and internationally.

Our History |
FAsMarketplace was developed by Fata and James Mensah out of the need to develop a safe space that meets the unique needs of micro entrepreneurs and also brings the community together.
