Miatta Harris is a Poet, Author and Educator. She’s always had a passion for working with children.    Dr. Jasoe Sharpe Hargrove is an educator who has been in the field of education for over 14 years. During this time, she has helped and molded children in the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, the Republic of Liberia and the People's Republic of China. Her international experiences have dictated her interest and style of writing.
As a passionate educator and traveler, Dr. Sharpe Hargrove is always finding ways to enlighten others. With roots in Liberia, West Africa, she has always made efforts to highlight the positives of the continent. Her first published book, My ABCs of Africa, was inspired by her desire to read books that connected with her heritage and culture. This book takes readers on a journey through Africa with the use of the alphabet. It is Dr. Sharpe Hargrove's goal that this project exposes readers to Africa's vast diversity and removes negative bias.

In her second book, Gbaelay: Goes Down Memory Lane, Dr. Sharpe Hargrove introduces her readers to a fictional character who is learning about her family heritage and is eager to share with others.
